2 night minimum stay and 3 nights minimum stay on holidays, fall break and spring break.
Reservation guaranteed with a valid credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required when reservation is made. This deposit will be applied to your reservation balance. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to your arrival. If you need to change your card, please do so before the 14 day mark by calling or emailing us.
Print your reservation confirmation receipt and driving directions; these will be required to find your cabin.
Check in: 4:00 pm or after. Check out: 11:00 am.
Owners/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.
Cancellations and date changes made WITHIN 14 days of arrival may be charged the full reservation fee if we are unable to rent the cabin.
Cancellations or date changes must be confirmed by the manager sending you a confirmation via email. Messages left on answering machines and cell phone voice mail services are not reliable means of communication. You must email your cancellation request and get a confirmation back stating we have received your cancellation.
We are not able to give refunds due to bad weather and/or early departure.
Cancellations made with-in 48 hours of your arrival are considered NO SHOWS and are charged 100%.
Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account. Please treat the cabin as if it were your own.
Overcrowding the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in extra charges.
Additional cleaning charge may apply if the cabin is left in unacceptable manner. No Wild or Loud Parties (Spring Break parties, Bachelor/ Bachelorette Parties, College Parties, Etc.)
